A-Permit.com was founded with a clear mission: to help property owners and their representatives navigate the City of Los Angeles' A-Permit process for minor street construction. The A-Permit allows construction in the public right-of-way — the street easements that contain City streets, lanes, alleys, parkways, and sidewalks, as well as public easements and unimproved streets.
